No other classical cocktail say “winter” than Hanky Panky. Legend has it that Hanky Panky was first mixed by Ada Coleman, head bartender of the famed American Bar at The Savoy, London.

Persimmon, a fall Korean staple, has been native here since the 14th century. This twist to a refreshing collins features slow-ripened persimmon shrub.

Negroni Sbagliato

Each night during Salone, a loud crowd forms at Bar Basso sipping Negroni Sbagliato. ‘Mistaken Negroni,’ one of the most popular Italian drinks is made with Prosecco replacing the gin.

Hugo Spritz

In the Dolomites in Northern Italy, Spritz isn’t made with a bitter but a local elderflower cordial. This sparkling cocktail is easy and super refreshing.

Aperol Sprits

As sun comes down, it’s aperitivo time in Italy and in everyone’s hands is a glass of Aperol Spritz. Making the perfect Aperol Spritz is as easy as 3-2-1.

That’s a ratio of 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part soda. Low alcohol

Bicicletta

Bicicletta is similar to Spritz, instead with white wine, not Prosecco. We also use Campari to bring out a slightly bitter taste that mixes go well with dry white wine.

CosNOpolitan

Cosmopolitan bursted out into the scene in the 1990s with the HBO hit show “Sex and the City”. We blend Lyre’s Orange Sec for ‘oh-so effortlesss’ imbibing.

A good G&T is a mix-and-match exercise to find just the right combination. In this non-alcoholic New Classics, we use 0% ABV Gin and a generous pour of tonic.
